By completing the account registration you acknowledge that you have read our TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS), understand, and will abide by them. They are designed to be tough because we must protect all members from the very few members who do things to everyone's detriment.

By completing account registration you automatically become a member of TEHoopla and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in this program is solely to build traffic with the advertising programs listed. |
| Cancellation of Your Membership |
| | You may cancel your membership at any time by sending us your request to support[at]traffichoopla[dot]com Please include your name and email as registered in TEHoopla along with your account ID number. |
Revocation of Your Membership
Your membership may be revoked at anytime for any of the following:
Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.)
Spamming of any kind will not be tolerated.
Advertising on any site that contains and/or promotes adult and/or illegal activities.
Violation of intellectual property rights.
Advertising a TEHoopla website on any "auto-surfing" exchange. |

| | This service is provided "as is", and we shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect or incidental damages from use or abuse of our service, data loss, etc. |
| Information Collected |
| | All information collected upon registration is used for identification only. This includes name, address, phone number, email and password. Your e-mail and other personal information will never be shared with nor sold to anyone. Under no circumstances are you permitted to e-mail any other member with offers of your business opportunities, attempt to induce them to join programs or attempt to induce them to purchase products that are not included in TEHoopla |
| Our Emails and Updates |
| | You agree to receive regular emails and updates from us. You also agree and understand your requirement to maintain an email address by which you can be contacted which is not invalid, does not filter our emails, and is not bouncing. If an email sent the email address on record bounces we may revoke your membership without notice. Please use your most important email address with us. |
Exception to above: TEHoopla Professional Members are allowed to contact their referrals once a week through TEHoopla and only with encouragement and support as it relates to TEHoopla. A signature URL of your business is consider acceptable.
